What is Performance Coffee?
We offer it in both whole bean and pre-ground options. Whole beans are ideal for those who prefer to grind their coffee fresh before brewing, while our pre-ground option is convenient for quick, easy brewing.
How to brew
For the best experience, we recommend brewing with a Chemex. Use 25g of coffee per 400g (14oz) for a perfect cup every time. Experiment with grind size and brew time to find your sweet spot. Check out our Brewing Guides to learn how we craft a cup of coffee.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
To keep your coffee as fresh as possible, store it in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid exposure to light, heat, and moisture. We recommend using the coffee within two weeks of opening for the best flavor.

Is Paraxanthine Safe
YES! If you've ever had a cup of coffee, then you've already had Paraxanthine (CPX). Caffeine metabolizes into Paraxanthine, Theobromine, and Theophylline, the latter two give you the crash out and the anxious feeling. Paraxanthine, however, gives you energy, clarity, and is much more stable.

Expedited Shipping: Need your coffee sooner? Choose expedited shipping at checkout for delivery within 2-3 business days.
Next-Day Shipping: For those coffee emergencies, we offer next-day delivery to select locations. Orders must be placed by 12 PM (noon) local time for next-day delivery.
Tracking Your Order
