That search led me to paraxanthine: the primary metabolite your body naturally creates from caffeine. It’s the source of clean focus and steady energy coffee drinkers are really looking for. So I isolated paraxanthine and reignited specialty grade coffee instead of changing the ritual. I launched Neucaff to deliver rich, exceptional flavor and a smoother, more focused experience. Neucaff started as Rarebird, the coffee Dr. Jeffrey Dietrich built to bring paraxanthine to the morning cup.
Thousands of customers told us the same thing: they felt the difference, and they wanted more of it.
So we built a brand around that feeling, now we've gone back to make the coffee better than it’s ever been.
